Introductory Workshop – North London, UK
Join us for a weekend of nurturing touch that can help to rebalance what has become disjointed or uncomfortable, and find inner space to feel into what matters most.
During this weekend workshop, you’ll explore how gentle hands on touch and focused body awareness can help you release long held tension and uncover the emotional stories that live in your body. Weekend workshops can be a first ‘big toe’ into experiencing the effect and potential of Rosen Bodywork, and for people wanting a retreat style weekend to reconnect to their inner wellbeing.
Examples of topics explored at the Intro Weekend:

- The Power of Touch – How gentle, non invasive contact helps unlock holding patterns in the body
- Emotions in the Body – How feelings are stored in the body, and how to access and release them safely.
- Understanding the natural breath and its relationship to the non-conscious
- The Role of Listening and Presence – Both in receiving Rosen work and in daily life
- Guided Self-Inquiry – Reflective exercises that invite curiosity about the mind-body connection.
- The Importance of Self Care – Being able to listen to one’s own feelings and needs
This workshop offers a safe, supportive space for self discovery and learning. It is open to anyone curious about the Rosen Method, for those who take Rosen sessions, or those who are seeking a more embodied way of living – no previous experience is required. This workshop can also be undertaken by those aiming to become a Rosen Method Bodywork practitioner.
