Exploring Without Certification?

You don’t need to pursue full certification to benefit from Rosen Method training. Individual courses offer wonderful opportunities for personal growth and a deeper relationship with your own body.

Healthcare professionals and bodyworkers from other modalities often train to deepen their understanding of the body-mind connection and bring new dimensions to their existing practice. Movement professionals, dance teachers, and professionals from other modalities train to enrich their existing practice with new perspectives on mindful movement.
