2 Day Living Anatomy Workshop with Louisa Turner
Finding Ground: A Two-Day Experiential Workshop on the Anatomy and Wisdom of the Legs
How much balance do we truly feel in our lives? Could this sense of balance be connected to how well we balance in our bodies? How easily do our muscles and joints coordinate to support us dynamically—moment to moment?
What does it mean to hold tension in our hips, knees, calves, and feet?
Are we perhaps trying to run before we’ve truly learned to walk?
In this two-day workshop, we’ll take an experiential dive into the anatomy of the legs and cultivate a deeper inquiry into the felt sense of our lower body. We’ll explore how our legs offer support and resilience—and how they also act as powerful forces of propulsion, moving us toward what we desire, and away from what we don’t.
The workshop includes:
- Anatomical insights into the structure and function of the legs
- Experiential and somatic exercises
- Body reading practices
- Time for reflection and sharing
- Space to connect insight with embodied understanding
This is an invitation to explore not just the physical function of your legs, but also the stories and habits they carry—offering new possibilities for grounded movement, emotional presence, and self-support.
Spaces are limited – Reserve your place today.
