We are excited to invite you to the 7th Rosen Method Global Congress in Tallinn, Estonia November 2nd – 5th, 2017. This time the Congress is organized by the Finnish Rosen School and the Rosen Institute. Our goal is to offer a high level, dynamic program at a reasonable price so many within the international Rosen community will have the ability to come and connect. We want to wish all of you a warm welcome in Tallinn and we look forward to working together to make the 7th Rosen Global Congress a memorable one!
Congress Program 
We are passionately working to make the Congress program engaging, enlightening, and full of opportunities to collaborate and strengthen relationships. At this early stage, we have already identified three well-known experts in their field of health and science to give our keynote speeches; we know the strong combination of these three speakers will expand our understanding and inspire our work and growth in Rosen Method.
We also plan to continue the workshop tradition as it has been greatly successful in past years and inspires meaningful discussion and learning. The affect will offer a dynamic learning environment to gain both knowledge within the Rosen Method tradition and address aspects of its greater application in the areas of health and treatment. Equally as important, we are designing this congress to ensure that Rosen people have meaningful opportunities to come together, discuss, build friendships and strengthen connections across regions and countries. This will be a space of acceptance and presence for all who participate.
Original Sokos Hotel Viru
The Congress will be held at the Original Sokos Hotel Viru in the heart of Tallinn, a 5 minute walk from the beautiful winding streets of Tallinn’s historic Old Town neighborhood. The hotel interior is newly renovated, modern and stylish, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing and fruitful trip.
The hotel has 22 floors and those which have been dedicated for the Congress will offer views of either the Gulf of Finland or the Old Town. We, the Finnish organizing team, made a special trip to Tallinn and the Hotel Viru to ensure this hotel would offer comfort and quality at a reasonable price allowing us to come together in a relaxing and enjoyable environment.
Room Pricing
We have successfully negotiated a great accommodation deal during the Congress. In addition, we have also been able to negotiate a reduced rate for those wishing to come early or stay on to enjoy all that Tallinn has to offer. Please remember that room rates include breakfast. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi.
- Standard single room €243 Additional night for €81
- Standard double room €129 Additional night for €43 (Please note: for double rooms this is per person rate and the room must be shared by 2 people)·

Meals
Breakfast is included in your room rate and will be provided by the hotel. The Congress fee will include lunch, dinner and coffee breaks from Wednesday lunch until Sunday lunch. Included in the meal package is also a lovely night out at Olde Hansa Restaurant to experience a taste of medieval Tallinn.
Meals during the Congress will be mostly vegetarian with a choice of fish. The hotel will work to accommodate special dietary needs, however, due to the size of our gathering, only common needs such as vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and allergies will be accommodated. Please be sure to check off all dietary needs at the time of registration to ensure we place the correct order.
For those travelling with another person not attending the conference there is a mandatory meal fee of €210 which will cover all meals and Saturday night dinner for your travel companion.
Congress Pricing
We strive to make this an affordable endeavor for all of the Rosen community as we want to welcome Rosen people from all regions to Tallinn.
- Congress Fee €590 (including VAT 24%). Upon registration, participants will be asked to pay a deposit of €200. This will reserve your place. The remaining balance of €390 will be due by July 1, 2017.
- Cancellation:
- Before July 1, 2017 will ensure a total refund of the €200 deposit and any remaining balance paid
- After July 1, 2017 the deposit of €200 will be held.
- If no cancellation is made and you do not attend, we will hold all of the Congress fee to cover the meals and hotel.
There are a maximum of 150 spaces available. In general, enrolment will be made on a first come, first serve basis, however we want to ensure that participants from all Rosen countries have the opportunity to attend and therefore we will initially hold spaces for every country.
Total Pricing
The total price of the Congress consists of the the Congress fee and room rate, and is as follows:
- Standard single room €243+ Congress fee €590 =€ 833
- Standard double room €129 + Congress fee €590 =€719
