Ethics & Practice

The Rosen Institute has established robust policies to support both professionals and clients, safeguarding the quality and integrity of Rosen Method practice. These policies guide practice and training worldwide, providing a stable foundation for trainees and professionals to develop and advance their careers.

Rosen Institute Ethical Policies

The Ethical Principle, Scope of Practice and Professional Code of Conduct document, approved by the Board in 2014, defines the core professional principles that all Rosen Method bodywork and movement trainees, practitioners, teachers and Rosen Method training centers are committed to uphold.

Each Rosen trainee and professional should become familiar with this document and use it to inform their work and commitment to a high quality of practice. We will continue to translate these policies as Rosen grows into new regions.

Rosen Institute Ethical Council

The Ethical Council (RIEC), comprised of 4 elected Rosen professionals, acts as an independent body to adjudicate professional misconduct allegations and provide education and consultation on ethics in practice to Rosen Method trainees and professionals.

Contact the RIEC if you:

  • Have a question about ethics in Rosen practice
  • Have a concern about professional misconduct
  • Need to consultation regarding an ethical case at the local or regional level

The Ethical council can be contacted directly at riethicalcouncil@gmail.com
