For those wanting retreat time through mind-body connection, to develop skills in Rosen Method Bodywork, or to continue to cultivate embodied awareness as a practise for well-being. July 1-8th Residential Retreat in Somerset Places are filling up for our week long retreat at Earth- Spirit, an immersion in Rosen Method Bodywork with time for enjoying the beautiful countryside and integrating bodywork sessions with laughter, rest and good food (in our opinion!)
