This is a special opportunity to come together in person to study, renew, and rekindle your connection to Rosen Method.  In this course we will use the power of touch, words and awareness to discover the body’s wisdom.  The Weekly class provides a container for the intimacy of this exploration because the body doesn’t lie.  The course is designed for people who want a fuller connection with the body and for students working toward certification as a Rosen Method bodywork practitioner.

The ongoing weekly class invites a relaxed continuity of learning and connection that is woven into the rhythms of daily life, which can sometimes feel missing from the concentrated learning of the Intensives.

Sara Webb was Marion Rosen’s first student and was her colleague at the School for many years. Sara has been the executive director at The Berkeley Center since the school was founded. Sara brings extensive experience in guiding students to a deeper understanding of the body’s language.

Charity Martin has been a practitioner of Rosen Method Bodywork since1992.

She is also an intern supervisor and Rosen Method Bodywork teacher as well

as a practitioner of Somatic Experiencing, the trauma resolution work of Dr. Peter Levine.

Charity is a decades long student of Tibetan Buddhism, and is a teacher of meditation and the wisdom teachings of  Shambhala Training, a path of uncovering our innate goodness, and humanity. Since the mid 1990’s, Charity has been an attendant, companion, and close student of Pema Chodron. All these influences inform and guide her work, both with individuals and in groups.  She has a private practice in San Francisco.

Registration and payment is due by September 19 with a late fee of $50 after that. Cancellations after September 19 will be charged $250 out of tuition, non-refundable.
