Inner space is the space in which we can feel our selves. Where we can contain our own emotions and connect with inner knowing. The inner space helps us to contain the client, and allow them to experience their emotions.

How do we create a bigger space inside ourselves? How do we help our clients to connect to their inner space?

We will look at how the inner space is restricted by muscle tensions and what it means to live with an unrestricted inner space.”
