Our work as Rosen Method practitioners is deepened by a knowledge of the human body. We can better understand the possibilities we have for full movement and living. This workshop is an exploration and a sensing of basic anatomy, discovering what our structures allow and can hold back. The learning experience will be supported by visualization, palpation, movement, slide presentation and sharing of students’ insights. The course includes an opportunity to attend a cadaver lab. at the Valley Life Sciences building in UC Berkeley.
